Using our CNC routing technology, C&P Plastics manufactured two white HDPE tool plates to be used within an oilfield application. Our CNC router routed both the internal and external profile of the tool plates, as well as all slots. We also used a CNC mill to drill, bore, and counterbore all holes.
Upholding a (±) .005 of an inch precision tolerance, as well as a (±) .5° angular tolerance, we built each HDPE tool plate to measure precisely 1 foot 2-3/8 inches in length, 11-5/8 inches in width, and 1 inch in thickness. The parts also possessed a smooth, 125 RMS finish and weighed 3.4 pounds each.
C&P Plastics was able to manufacture two HDPE tool plates based off a customer supplied print. Meeting precise client specifications, we delivered both items to our buyer's facility in Grand Prairie, Texas.
