At C&P Plastics, our CNC routing services are ready to serve your needs, able to handle non-metal materials up to 4" thick. Our CNC routing is done on three 3-axis routers, for maximum control and customization along X, Y, and Z travels. Our routers feature a 4' x 8' and a 5' x 10' table, and we can cut within close tolerances of ±0.005".
Our CNC routing facility will accept production orders in any quantity: specialty, low volume or prototype runs, to high volume and long run orders. We are experienced with plastics like ABS, acetal, polycarbonate, UHMW polyethylene, and more, as well as foams, nylon, structural foam, and others.
