C&P Plastics features CNC vertical milling capabilities as part of our line of machining services. Using our 3-axis CNC vertical machining centers, we specialize in plastic machining (including ABS, nylon, PEEK, PVC, and fiberglass reinforced), but can also handle stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel jobs. Our CNC vertical milling centers are used for our specialty in manufacturing small parts, but they do have an overall work envelope of 50" x 20" x 16". We can maintain both diameter and length tolerances to ±.005".
Our CNC vertical milling process uses a number of different cutting implements including flat end mills, face mills, twist mills, reamers, and taps, with carbide, HSS, carbon steel and cobalt high speed steel tools. We are happy to accept orders in quantities from prototype to production runs, with quotes available with the details of your job.
