C&P Plastics' CNC water jet cutting services are carried out using an integrated flying bridge style Flow machine, with 3-axis cutting capability. The integrated flying bridge configuration allows for the best accuracy control and precision, working to tolerances of ±.001" on a 4' x 8' table. The 50,000 psi strength means that our CNC water jet cutting machine can handle materials up to 9" thick, with edge quality no lower than 3 and as accurate as 5.
Typical materials that C&P Plastics can CNC water jet cut include non-metals such as marble, granite, stone, plastic, and rubber, as well as metals from alloys and aluminum to steel, titanium, and zirconium. We can water jet cut using either water alone, or high pressure water with an abrasive for harder materials.
