CNC Turning
Providing expertise in CNC turning services, C&P plastics has the machining capabilities to meet all of your needs. Our 3-axis CNC lathe with live tooling can has a 24" capacity between centers, as well as a 24" chucking capacity in a three jaw chuck. Straightness, concentricity, and inner and outer diameters can all be held within a ±0.002" tolerance for superior accuracy and integrity of the part. We are experienced in all CNC turning processes and can apply any necessary technique to build your part: facing, knurling, internal forming, threading, tapping, and more.

Metals that we work with include alloy steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel. We also CNC turn a range of plastic polymers, including ABS, PVC, phenolic, acrylic, and fiberglass reinforced plastics. Typical part applications of our CNC turning process include machine and engine components, fittings, valves, forgings, construction equipment, and many others, and we offer short lead times and rush services in addition to our standard service. We will manufacture in any quantity, short or long run, and offer supporting services including finishing through grinding, anodizing, plating, and etch. Assembly, welding, and other secondary services are available as well.
